Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the views of king saud university college of science students about nature of science and their attitudes towards teaching issues in nature of science.

The study followed the descriptive method.

The data was collected through the Arabic version of the Views on Science and Education Questionnaire (VOSE).

Which was applied to a sample of (30) students at the seventh and eighth levels in the second semester of the academic year 1438/1439, of the specialties (physics, astronomy, plant and microbiology, chemistry), The results of the study showed that the total arithmetic mean of the first dimension: "perceptions about the nature of science" reached (3.16), which indicates that the College of female Science Students' at King Saud University have a medium degree of perceptions about the nature of science, while the total arithmetic mean of the second dimension: "Attitudes towards teaching science-related issues "(3.36), a value that indicates that students have an average attitude toward teaching science-related issues.
