The research aimed at designing an electronic course on Moddle in teaching methods of philosophical subjects and verified its effect on developing positive flexibility and cognitive achievement and the attitude towards it for student- teachers in the faculty of Education.

To attempt this aim, the researcher has designed the following: a list of the dimensions of positive flexibility appropriate for student- teachers in the department of philosophy and sociology; a scale for the dimensions of positive flexibility; an achievement test in the levels of knowledge, comprehension, and application; and a scale for the attitude towards an electronic course.

The electronic course has been designed in teaching methods of the philosophical subjects which include: designing a general framework for the syllabus, a suggested scenario, and a guide for student- teachers.

The electronic course was taught to the experimental group students in the department of philosophy and sociology and their number was 15.

On the other hand, the control group students were taught through the traditional way.

The researcher followed the experimental design which included two groups (experimental and control) and their number was 30 male and female students.

A pre- posttest was designed.

The test was pre-administered on both groups; then the electronic syllabus was taught to the experimental group which lasted for two months.

After that, the test was post- administered on both groups.

Results indicated that there are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the experimental group students in the pre-and post measurement of the scale of the positive flexibility and the attitude towards the electronic syllabus in favor of the post measurement.

Also, there are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the control group students and the experimental group students in the post measurement of the scale of the positive flexibility and the achievement test and the attitude towards the electronic course in favor of the experimental group students.

Finally, in light of the findings of the research, the researcher has suggested a number of recommendations.
