Abstract EN

It aims to identify the extent to which the implementation of e-management system contributes to support the administrative development, and to identify the most important factors to help the implementation of the e-management system through crises (Coved 19), and the research used descriptive method, and the research sample was (35) individuals, and one of the most important results was that e-management has become a fundamental factor and the imperative need must be applied and blinded in all government departments, where the government sector is in an urgent need of taking advantage of this modern technology to develop work, improve service, and handling crises.
