أثر ممارسة الإدارة بالتجوال على تطبيق معايير الاعتماد الصحية في المستشفيات الخاصة الأردنية

Abstract EN

The purpose of the present study, is to identify the impact of practicing management by recognizing its dimensions; (facts discovery, communication improvement, motivation, development and creativity, feedback) on implementing health accreditation standards dimensions; (patients' rights, medical records, infection control,bailable-* quality improvement) at Jordanian private hospitals.

For the purpose of the study, the researcher has used the descriptive analytical approach, and the study population contains (300) physician and (700) registered nurse.

A questionnaire was developed to achieve the purpose of the study containing (45) item, the number of distributed questionnaires was (269) and the number of valid questionnaires was (251).

However, the response has been categorized to five levels on likert scale starting from (1 strongly agree to 5 strongly disagree).

Data were analyzed using (SPSS) Statistical Package of Social Sciences using a number of tools and statistical methods including frequencies, percentages, means, standard deviation, Cronpach's Alpha, however, the researcher has used simple regression to test the hypothesis.
