Abstract EN

This study aimed to know the extent of awareness of the s ccondary schools principals of the concept the citezenship from poin vuew if the teachers in jordan.

Study population consisted of all secondary schools' teachers in jordan, their number is (923) male and female teachers.

The study sample is selected by the purposful met hod from Al-balqa govemorate, and the sample is selected by the proportional stratified method from the fourth regions composing al-balqa govemarate which are (Al-Salt, Ain - Albasha, Southern Al-Shoona and Dir -Alla), their number reached (265) male and female teachers.The questionnaire is used as the instrument fro data collection, and considsted of five fields, including (54) clauses, then the relevant statistical means were used for each question.

Results from the study revealed that the extenf of awareness of secondary schools' principals of the nation the patriotism from their teachers point of view came at high degree with mean reached (4.62) and standard diviation (0.60), and the presence of differenbees with statistically significencc at significencc level (a=0.05) in the response of the study sample individuals about patriotism conccp attribute to the scientific qualification in the field "enhancing patriotism and enhancing the participation, and the absence of diffemces with statistically s ignificence at significence level (a=0.05) in the response of the study sample individuals about patriotism concep attribute to the scientific qualification in the gender and experience.
