Abstract EN

Referees' rates commonly used for verifying the content validity of scales, and since it is important, the current Study aimed to o improve the selection of referees' rates for the items of a diagnoQic te't in mathematics for primary tenth grade in Jordan by applying rash model upon referees' rates for this test 60 items test has been building, and it has been evaluated by the 100 math teacher who is teaching tenth grade were random- ly selected from a group of available schools in Jordan, so that was introduced with the approval or non-approval of the judge to include a item in the test.

56 items has been adopted depending on criteria (referees' agreement rate should not be less than 80%, Rush model then applied to the responses of the referees, and the results showed that a high percentage of them showed lenient in accepting items, shows that 26% of the referees, their data did not fit the model have been excluded.

As well as the analysis showed that, three items were, not fit the model (herself among the items that did not adopted by the referees).

Then the 80% criterion applied again, It turns out that 53 items out of 60 has been successful in overcoming the referees and pro- cedures for the application of Rush model, after avoiding errors and randorn methods followed by the referees in the way of eval- uating items.

This number of items is good can be relied upon as a test in the diagnosis of the basic skills of the tenth grade primary in mathematics.
