The researcher's name: Dr.

Amany Fayez Mohammed Soliman.

Special Education Department, Art& Education College, Tabuk Uni- versity.

This paper aimed at discovering both the quantitative and quali- tative internal efficiency of the education bachelor program at Art& Education College at Tabuk University.

And if there are any Statistically differences among the Study population's responses about the quantitative internal efficiency of the program according to gender and degree variables.

The research methodology: The Study used the descriptive analytical method to achieve its aims.

A tcx»l is designed to achieve the Qudy's aims.

The Study achieved the following results: - The quantitative internal efficiency of the special education bache- lor program in the male campus is 72.3% and in the female campus is 87% during the scholastic regiments from 1432/1433 to 1435/1436, following the virtual regiment method.

- The qualitative internal efflciency of the special education bachelor program at Art& Education College at Tabuk University got a medi- um mark and the average account is 2.29 from 3.

- There are Statistically differences in the quantitative internal effl- ciency of the special education bachelor program according to the gender variable Favor Females.

- There aren't any sqatiQically differences in the qualitative internal efficiency of the special education bachelor program according to the grade variable.
