In Islam, entailed estate has a legitimacy derived from the prophetic method and the Prophet’s friends’ biographies (may God be pleased with them).

It is a developmental civilized economic system that is beneficial to many Muslim groups including Muslim minorities whose presence in most countries with linguistic and ethnic diversity are undoubtedly reliable to extend the call for universal Islam to the countries they live in.

However, it seems that many groups of them are in vulnerable positions that need to be pulled out at least through the Islamic entailed estate system contributing to solve some of the economic and social problems.

Looking for solutions to dilemmas should be based on awareness of conditions affecting this group’s origins, effectiveness and local and external obstacles.

The official and popular Islamic foundations of the entailed estate need a clear and profound perceptions of the roles they have to play.
