Abstract EN

This fundamentalist jurisprudential research is entitled “the command and prohibition destructors and their effect on the juristic branches”.

Its importance is evidenced by the fact that command and prohibition are the bases to come to judgments, by which permissible and forbidden matter is distinguished.

Searching and scrutinizing meanings of both permissible and prohibited matter taking into account fundamentalists’ method is a pathway to secure the resources (Qur’an and Sunnah) from irrelevant interpretations.

This study concludes that the origin use of a command is being “compulsory” and a prohibition is being “forbidden”.

This is the view of most Muslim scholars.

Using command and prohibition regardless of proves may lead to erosion when forming a jurisprudence judgment.
