Abstract EN

One of the deepest topics that the researcher deal with is Maqassid Al-Shariah (legal objectives, henceforth); that every Muslim needs to learn and teach as God legitimates everything merely for objectives he wants or perfections he likes.

However, legal objectives are not limited to Al-Shariah only while the doctrine’s (Aaqida) objectives are considered as the greatest ones though the issue of doctrine’s objectives has never been the priority in the modern academic research as the legal objectives; only a few pieces of research has been written on that.

So, this research comes to shed more light on the basics of the theory on which raison and revelation trend builds their method to deduce the objectives of the doctrine.
