Entailed estate (Waqf), in all its forms, plays a great role with the rest of the charitable works in the development of the Islamic societies.

Despite the noticeable decrease in the level of care and management, the entailed estate remains in terms of its aims and purposes an effective means of promoting many vital facilities in the society.

It is not limited to one group nor was it limited to the man on the expense of another group or woman, but woman competed in this voluntary charitable work with man because of the reward of blessing that the endowerreceives in his life and after his death.

This research tries to identify the most important and prominent fields that have played a prominent role in showing collaboration and solidarity among different groups in the Islamic West and highlights how religious entailed estates have helped to close the special status that exists in different Arab Islamic societies, particularly in the Arab Maghreb countries.

The research concludes with the most important recommendations that highlight the centrality of the entailed estates in Muslim life and call for the rehabilitation of religious endowments as an institution that contributes to the financing of human investment through expenditure on education and health besides to the provision of specialized and diversified manpower in various fields, in a variety of forms of endowments and those endowed for.
