A great multifaceted dialectic is discussed in human studies on the concept of limitation in the sense of psychological, social, religious ideology, etc.

A conflict of the antibodies turns into a special aesthetic, especially when Al-Muhtazili, the philosopher and writer seeking Aristotelian consistency and harmony in describing women’s body taking into consideration the philosophical view restricted to the teachings of Islamic law and literary artistic freedom, which makes the words of Al-Jahz artistic images aesthetic and special visual pleasure.

This is paper addresses beauty in philosophy and literature at Al-Jahiz in aesthetic studies.

In addition, it sheds light on Al-Jahiz's writings about women in dialectic of restriction and freedom (artistic literary photography of woman's body and beauty).

Moreover, it tackles the aesthetic controls to enjoy the beauty of women and beyond the limits of sharia and law in the imagination of Al-Jahiz.

Finally, it shows the impact of the Abbasid system in the general movement and beyond (conclusions on creativity and transcendence in the writings of Al-Jahiz).
