Hospitals are considered one of the most important economic and social structures because of the great services provided by these institutions in both public and private sectors and the services provided within them are mainly seeking to provide health requirements of treatment and care and they are the applied institutions that are diretly related to individuals in pursuit of health prosperity and recovery from diseases.

Hospital institutions, like the rest of the institutions, are established on a regular basis determined by lawsdedicated to them in order to ensure the good functioning of these institutions and guarantee the rights and duties of workers and patients.

These institutions have large numbers of patients depending on the nature and type of institution and services provided.

The Doctor is considered as man pillar within the hospital institutions that provides services to patients and seeks for treatment and healing on the basis that the science of medicineis is the science that combines experiences of concern to the human and the suffering or illness affecting his body or psychology and the doctor tries to find a cure for him.

However, with the current conditions of social and economic life, there are many -problems thatim pede the good conduct of the medical process, and work pressure is -one of the main obstacles thatpr event the good performance of the doctor, including the material resources such as wages or working conditions such as building and equipment, As for the number of patients on the institution, or the working relationships between colleagues and management, these points and others will be addressed in this paper.
