Abstract EN

This study is to know about the all effects and factors that Associated the complacency of the students of University about their fields and we used the Questionnaire as a tool containing about (17) questions that suit with all the things and desire in their suitable specializing and we take a sample containing about (316)student from all departments and fields that from the Medical and Healthy Technical College/ Baghdad ,and we are sure about the cytometric properties and we show these questions to any member of this sample and we applied the statics methods that achieved the orientation of this study and by using (Chi-square) test to know independence complacency and its changing from their specializations and the other research change ,we have finally a number of results that explain about complacency that associated with the scientific field that refers to that the student feel avery comfortable and desire with the department then he choose it not the other departments that we sure that the type of accepting of the colleges and we find also that the independence of complacency about any change in accepting and desire and we can numbering it into these bellow: 1-The study courses and study fields that he has it to have a certificate after graduation.

2-Technical training a broad in the every medical clinics and offices that is very useful.

3-Beneficialness range from this training in summer.

And the other indications not have any result about the study that ensure the independence complacency about the specialization.

From these result by researcher, she put these recommendation bellow.
