Abstract EN

The current study aims to activate the organizational symmetry of workers in the educational district administrations in the State of Kuwait.

By identifying the theoretical foundations of the entrance of organizational symmetry, and by identifying the nature of the relationship between them in education, and the reality of exercising their dimensions from the viewpoint of workers in the educational sectors in Kuwait, and then reaching the relationship between education and organizational symmetry in the educational sectors in Kuwait.

And set a set of procedural proposals that can be followed to activate the organizational symmetry of employees in the departments of educational districts in the State of Kuwait.

The study relied on the descriptive approach to understand and analyze the various aspects of the phenomenon under study and explain the relationships between them, and identify them as they are in reality, and the study used the questionnaire as a main tool to collect information and data from the main sample of the study, which consisted of (300) of both sexes working in the six educational areas In Kuwait (Al-Farawaniah, AlJahra, Mubarak Al-Kabeer, Al-Huli, Al-Asimah, and Al-Ahmadi Education), divided into the following number (141) males and (159) females, and their experiences in working in educational areas ranged between (1-10) years, as varied Their ages are between (less than 30 years old) even older From 40 years), as the educational qualifications of each of them differed and they were limited between obtaining a degree (Bachelor's - Diploma - Postgraduate), and the study reached many results, the most important of which are: There are statistically significant differences in the areas of organizational symmetry questionnaire and the overall degree of questioning according to the qualification variable Scientific, age, and number of years of experience.
