Abstract EN

Inductive reasoning of controversial Fiqhi rulings on a given issue is mentioned by scholars of Fiqh as invalid in various occasions.

Therefore, I explored this point in two sections after giving an introduction.

The first section addresses the issue of establishing the basis of this type of inductive reasoning along with similar types of intellectual reasoning exercised by scholars of Fiqh.

The second section I reviewed the applications of the early fiqh scholars on the chapters of trading and renting things and hiring people where the fiqh derivatives are described as controversial.

Then, the applications of the contemporary schloars have been discussed.

The main goal of these derivatives is to show those who think these derivatives are controversial, while highlighting the facets of controversy and results.

However, gathering all opinions and evidence about each derivative is not intended in this study.
