Abstract EN

The paper aims to explain the Fiqhi rulings of offering prayers in the hotels surrounding the Sacred Mosque and in the Mosque yards.

The paper contains an overview, an introduction, six sections and conclusion.

The overview discussed the research significance, objectives, method, structure, and literature review.

The introduction gives definitions of the notion of “novelties” and “praying behind imams”, the ruling of praying behind imams, conditions of validity, types of novelties related to praying behind imams, and virtue and ruling of praying in straight lines.

Section One: The main questions of the research.

Section Two: Offering prayers in hotels and shops adjacent to the Sacred Mosque, if the lines reached there uninterruptedly.

Section Three: The ruling of praying behind imams in the hotels overlooking the Sacred Mosque in case of visibility and audibility.

Section Four: The ruling of praying behind imams in the hotels that do not overlook the Sacred Mosque in case of audibility (through speakers).

Section Five: Praying in the Sacred Mosque yards.

Section Six: The ruling of praying behind imams through the Radio and TV.

Conclusion: the main findings of the paper are listed.
