Abstract EN

The study attempts to shed light on one of the cultural and moral values, namely, literature in its various types: legends, epics, maxims, debates, love, hymns, incantations and spells, to name a few.

The study also tries to draw attention to the fact that a large proportion of these literary creations have been formulated in a poetic style which has its basic elements such as rhyme and rhythm.

They characterize the movements of metre and scansion, which form the touchstone of the structure of poetry, as well as theme that reflects different purposes and objectives.

The study aims at developing definitions for terms wherever they appear in the dissertation.
