The study presents the roles and leadership positions adopted by the Egyptian women (Beheira Governorate) starting from 2011; the year of the 25th of January Revolution, which called for freedom, equality and social justice to the beginning of 2017; Development and progress within the fields of work through the identification of mechanisms to activate the bureaucratic work of women in the Beheira governorate The methodological procedures was incarnated in the descriptive analytical method, and the case study in the Beheira province; they are tantamount to cases of uncertainty about the phenomenon under study.

The research community is being renewed in a model of governorates characterized by a diverse and complex ecological composition, reflecting the geographical structure of the lake provinc, the majority of the ecological diversity in Egypt.

The study adopted the theories of contemporary management in leadership and organization (the theory of hierarchical relations), feminism approach.

Finally, the study found that the representation of women in the leadership work in Beheira governorate has become a fundamental pillar for the selection of leaders.

This is because women have proven their achievements in leadership work.

They graduated from the first Beheira governorate and the first president of the center in the Faculty of Engineering.

and the workplace-Beheira governorate-which requires field and applied capacity.

The increasing trend of the state to represent women in leadership work in senior management positions in the governmental sector is developing according to the leadership numbers of women for their achievements.
