God has described the nation of Muhammad peace be upon him on all other nations and remains this maturity as long as the nation is a prerequisite for this, namely, the promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice, which is so important to some scholars that it is the sixth pillar of Islam and it is a religious necessity, And does not imply, from this point of view emerged the idea of research (the promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice and its impact on social security) as follows: Chapter One: The Promotion of Virtue and the Prevention of Vice, its definition, its relation to the system of Hesba its evidence, its governance and its rules, and consists of four questions: The first topic: Defining the command of virtue and forbidding evil.

The second topic: the relationship between the command of virtue and the prohibition of vice by the system of Hesba.

The third topic: evidence of the command of good and forbidding evil from the book and Sunnah and consensus.

The fourth topic: the effect of the matter of good and forbidding evil in achieving social security.
