The deliberative domain of the term violence (عنف) and the term «violence» is one of the areas in which it is often overlooked, although it is present and powerful in all spheres of life.

The problem arises when the term comes from a non-Islamic cultural environment that is completely different from the sphere of Islamic deliberation.

Then, we must be careful not to use terms without understanding the meaning to avoid any form of knowledge.

Because of the historical disparity and the difference in the deliberative realm of societies, it is necessary to take note of it before each translation process of the terms, especially the problem of signification and meaning.

It is not only a transfer of meaning or idea from one language to another as much as the transfer of cultural content from the field of deliberation to another domain.
