Abstract EN

This paper deals with citizenship concept and challenges face this concept within social structure.

I shed lights on social phenomenon which form citizenship challenges in Iraqi society and the promenent path lead to establishing citizenship such as reobtainibg people trust within an atmosphere of democracy and transparency, in addition to the necessity of adopting an effective and modern educational system.

At the end of this paper, Presented few recommendations such as communicating with people with tranparency, avoiding giving un real promises, working according the rule of suitable man in suitable place and fighting against all kinds of corruption
