Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the correlation between spiritual intelligence and psychological adjustment, and to detect differences between males and females in the level of spiritual intelligence in a sample of blind adolescents.

The study also aimed at detecting differences between males and females in the level of psychological adjustment in a sample of blind adolescents.

The study sample consisted of (60) blind adolescents (30 males and 30 females randomly selected from high school students at Al Noor School for the Blind in Menia).

The results of the study were based on a measure of the spiritual intelligence of the blind adolescents (the researcher's preparation) and the measure of psychological adjustment of the disability challenged (ZeinabShoukair, 2003).

The results revealed a significant correlation between spiritual intelligence with different dimensions and psychological adjustment, Compared to females in spiritual, intelligence, males are superior to females in psychological adjustment.

Spiritual intelligence can be predicted in the light of social adjustment and physical adjustment.
