The research aimed at introducing people to some of the sharl rulings on this topic (isolating the arbitrator in Islamic law), comparative jurisprudence, and emphasizing the greatness, comprehensiveness and validity of Islamic law for all times and places.

Islam did not oblige the adversaries to review the courts in order to resolve the existing disputes between them, but rather to delegate the people they wanted to rule among themselves.

The most important results of the research: the emphasis that arbitration is one of the oldest means to resolve differences, and the separation of discounts between people.

A statement that the arbitration is a draft of the evidence contained in the permissibility of the book, Sunnah, and the Companions, and consensus, and reasonable.

That each of the two adversaries to return to arbitration before the start of the arbitrator in the consideration of the dispute, but after its inception, if the adversaries agreed to isolate, may be isolated, even if one of them isolation was.
