Through this research, the researchers wanted to study the reality of tourism in Algeria in general and sports tourism in particular, and through this research we will stand on the reality of this sector through the analysis of the data on the ground and the possibilities available in Algeria to push this area to be a source of economic wealth, An analytical meta-study showed that there are promising prospects for the tourism sector and sports tourism if this aspect is important.

The research concluded there is an initiative by the regulators to take care of this sector, but these initiatives did not live up to the desired level.
