This study aims to reveal the importance of social capital and its effective role in improving the job performance of the employees of the economic institution, Sonelgaz Corporation, the distribution branch of Tindouf, and to identify the factors affecting the performance of orkers within the institution in order to achieve social and economic development methods in the state, A questionnaire was used to collect data based on the study of 65 respondents from the society as a sample, and process them using (SPSS) v22 program to process and analyze the data statistically, Among the most important results reached is that the institution attaches great importance to social capital in its three dimensions: the structural dimension, the knowledge dimension, and the relational dimension, which clearly contributed on achieving very high levels of job performance in the institution under study.
