Administrative empowerment is considered one of the modern methods in the administrative management process.

This is closely related to organizational creativity, which in turn contributes to the stability of the organization and ensuring its competitivenessThe study aimed to reveal the level of both administrative empowerment and organizational creativity in the Algerian administration, as the study was conducted on a sample of the executive directorates of Tindouf state, which reached 97 employees.

The results of the study resulted in the existence of an acceptable level close to the degree of approval for administrative empowerment with a total arithmetic average of 3.
