The desert environment, carries the culture, and beliefs of its people, so the novelists intent on it and scooped its ancient heritage to employ it within their fictional works.

this study, try to highlight the cultural anthropological dimensions of the popular legacy, in the novel "the facts of what happened to women with a golden domes" by "Dargouthi", through the use of the anthropological approach to literature which is based on a number of cognitive backgrounds, the most important of which is the symbolic anthropological interpretation that deals with anthropological data within the narrative text.
