The interpretation of the Holy Scriptures is the most important axis of the intellectual debate at the time, because of the dimensions it carries and its connection to tropic of the Holy Scriptures.

This led ” Ibn Rushd" to justify the presence of interpretation as an urgent necessity in order to make the text open skyline.

Through which the nation will override the literal adherence to the text, and achieve understanding and expand the meaning, according to criteria he dealt with his intellectual project “ Fasl al-Maqal “.
