Abstract EN

Through this research document we aim to address the factors of attraction and aversion to entrepreneurship by graduates of the hydraulic and civil engineering department, and to the professional preferences of second-year master students from the same department after the graduation, and to make a comparison between the trends of graduates of the classical system, and of the system (LMD) towards entrepreneurship.

To do this, we combined the descriptive analytical approach and the comparative approach, and we used the questionnaire as the main tool for collecting data from the study sample of 94 people from department graduates and 58 second-year students year of master, the results of the study confirmed the weak position of entrepreneurial thinking in university training policies, and to prefer departmental degrees to work in the public sector at the expense of the private sector.
