Replacement is one of the behaviors on waqf, But it is the most dangerous to attach to the same and change it, which is originally a charity donated by its benefit, But there may be an urgent need and a public interest to change it so as to preserve the essence of the waqf; Which is the most important condition talked about by the scholars of the islamic law and referred to some of the laws of the situation; So I wanted to know these controls for their importance in Islamic law and its evidence and in contemporary laws.
