The Coronavirus epidemic, by its breadth and seriousness, undoubtedly amounts to a public health threat and can justify the imposition of restrictions on certain rights, such as those resulting from the imposition of quarantine or isolation which limits freedom of movement.

At the same time, however, it is not possible to deny the imperative of respect for human rights, which must be strengthened in the midst of the inevitable turmoil in times of crisis, and from this point of view we addressed the subject of the study, in a statement of the consequences of the pandemic on human rights, and then a presentation of human rights protection obligations in these circumstances.
