Abstract EN

This study includes of overseeing the constitutionality of organizational general administrative decisions and their applications, the constitutional text consecrates the principle of the state of law by subjecting it to constitutional control.

Among the tasks entrusted to the Constitutional Council, which recently witnessed an update in terms of composition as well as an expansion in the number of bodies charged with notifying it, by inserting and involving the people through the unconstitutionality payment mechanism, as well as its representatives in Parliament in the exercise the constitutionality of laws and regulations, and this calls for optimismregarding Activating oversight over the constitutionality of administrative work, especially if it is not subject to judicial oversight.
