The right to information has become the cornerstone for enhancing the enjoyment of public rights and freedoms.

It is a fundamental pillar for creating an environment that respects rights and protects freedoms.

This can only be achieved by enabling the citizen to view various administrative documents, obtain information and the possibility of circulating it, whether it is related to his own interest or to society as a whole.

Accordingly, it became necessary to surround this right with specific and clear-cut laws guaranteeing its activation on the one hand and controlling the restrictions contained therein on the other hand.
