The privileges and immunities have always been the subject of problem and criticism among a number of scholars of law, This is because it violates the principle of equality In front of the judiciary and the law, which is considered a constitutional principle, and by looking at the legal texts regulating these judicial privileges and immunities, we find that their texts contain problems, contradictions and gaps.

That it leads to a state of void and legal confusion, especially if those legal articles related to judicial privilege are activated.
