Public deals are originally part of the public law, but on the other hand they are related and affected by the private law in several areas, such as the provisions of the civil law, what is known as the general theory of contracts, in addition to the provisions of the commercial law, as well as several other laws known as the legislation in force, In the field of embodying the link between private law and public procurement, we define an important aspect worthy of study, which is the center of foreign companies between the laws of applicable legislation and the laws of public procurement, which we will highlight through this analytical study.
