The constitutional provisions regulating public rights and freedoms are legal guarantees that enable individuals to enjoy public rights and freedoms, and this is what the Algerian constitutional founder is keen to include in the provisions of these provisions and the general rights and freedoms from the preamble to the constitution.

Some of the concepts used to denote them, it is jurists who uses the concept of fundamental rights, and some of them uses the concept of public freedoms.
