Algeria is a Mediterranean country full of wealth in the hydrocarbon sector (oil and gas) and with a large population which reaches 39.
5 million inhabitants (ONS, 2015), begins to carry out other projects in the non-hydrocarbon fields, among these, the creation of small and medium-sized enterprises (PME) and the small and medium-sized industries (PMI), which started at the end of the 1980s, these enterprises allowed the local development of the nation and have favored national production by the creation of goods and services in different fields, industrial, agricultural, construction, and different services, etc.
These companies have also made it possible to improve the competitiveness of the national economy and, above all, they have enabled growth and production in the non-hydrocarbon sector.
But there are still several obstacles in the financial domain, real estate of management….

which slow down the development of SMEs-SMIs in Algeria.

L'Algérie est un pays de la méditerrané plein de richesses dans le secteur des hydrocarbures (pétrolières et gazières) et avec une grande population qui atteint les 39, 5 Millions d'habitants (ONS, 2015), commence à réaliser d'autres projets dans les domaines hors hydrocarbures, parmi ceci, la création des petites et moyennes entreprises(PME) et les petites et moyennes industries (PMI), qui commençaient à la fin des années 1980, ces entreprises ont permit le développement locale de la nation et ont favorisé la production nationale par la création de biens et services dans différents domaines, industriels, agricoles, BTP, et les différents services marchands, etc.
Ces entreprises ont permis aussi l'amélioration de la compétitivité de l'économie nationale et surtout, elles ont permis la croissance et la production dans le domaine hors hydrocarbure.
Mais il reste plusieurs entraves dans le domaine financiers, immobiliers de géstions….
