Abstract EN

The paper aims to collect hadiths and anecdotes related to the maternal uncle's inheritance, its position as a father, and his legitimate rights as an inheritor of a person who has no inheri- tors.

It also investigates the circumStances of the narrators of such hadiths, and judging the hadiths' chains of narration.

The present work Studies the differences in accepting such hadiths related to bequeathing relatives when someone passes away with no inher- itors or he/she has inheritors but they cannot take all the wealth.

The paper provides a section on the discussion of views which accept such hadiths based on the Quran and prophetic tradition.

It also provides a discussion of views which reject such hadiths.

The conclusion provides the researcher's personal opinion on this con- troversial matter.

This research titled: Bequeathing relatives when there is no inheritor: A Study based on the hadiths (the maternal uncle is a father) and (the maternal uncle is an inheritor of the one who has no inheritors).
