Handball is one of the group games that has attracted the attention of many athletes and sports professionals around the world.

This event contains a lot of dynamic vocabulary that brings the pleasure of practice and watching, as well as the speed of performance The importance of the study by the researcher's observation of the handball games in the regional, continental, Olympic and World Cup tournaments has led to a significant change in the defense work of the majority of the teams at the individual, collective and team levels.

As a whole the system is not limited to defensive defense system, which depends on speed, although the system plays a big role in the ways of applying defensive duties by studying the prediction of defensive performance in terms of physical and physiological requirements and studying the mutual relations between defense skills and physical and physiological abilities.
