Abstract EN

This research entitled (The impact of variation of Reciting in Arabian and Sharia Sciences) clarifies the importance and role of Quran Reciting related to Arabian and Sharia sciences.

As it is the best aid for interpreter in interpretation, jurist in inference, provoking the talent of the Rhetorcian and enriches the books of fluent.

This shall be done through tracking the points of (Al-Farshy ( controversy points stated in Surah Al Hajj excluding the former in the advanced surahs and jurist controversy.

This study was in: an introduction, seven topics, conclusion and scientific indexes.

The introduction included: the importance, plan followed indivision, approach of collecting the materials and writings.

It also included a preamble for the idioms "impact" and "reciting".

This made this study a subjective one in seven topics.

It also made some topics have sub-issues, if required.

For conclusion, it ensures the best results and recommendations.

The research included three indexes: - Index of reciting mentioned in the research.

- Index of resources and references.

- Index of subjects
