Abstract EN

The purpose of this research is: (The controversial evidence to the pause of the Imam Al-HABTI in Sheikh Mohammed Ibn Abdessalam al-Fassi (T: 1214 H) through his book : (Al-Aqrat and Al-Shnouf), to know the beginning and the pause) to reveal the analytical method that explained the conclusion of conservation Sheikh Mohammed Ibn Abdessalam al-Fassi In his victory for the work of the Al-HABTI in the Waqf, which the Moroccans committed to a period of time, where he sees that his stance is based on the purposes of explanation on the part of the language and insulting the interpretation and others, which increases the meaning of wealth and diversity in a noncontiguous and non-contradictory.

The reason behind Mohammed Ibn Abdessalam leading and disguised work was the scholars ‘criticism of Al-HABTI WAQF and when others have agreed that it has a weak out put and contradictory to Sunnah, Al-Fassi has supported Al-HABTI’ WAQF by extracting sound justifications leaving no room for proving that Al-HABTI is an outstanding quranic scholar.

The contract of this research was organized in the introduction and two topics: - The introduction and the preface for the definition of the subject, the author, the author - the manuscript - and the presentation of its subjects.The first topic: I devoted to talk about the views of scientists in the WAQF of the Imam Al-HABTI, and presented the view of Muhammad Ibn Abdessalam al-Fassi in it through his writings.

- The second topic was devoted to extract the explanatory aspects developed by Muhammad Ibn Abdessalam from restricting the WAQF of the hypothetical through the extrapolation and tracing in the book mentioned.
