يتناول هذا البحث تحديد تأثير التأهيل الشرعي لقضاة ديوان المظالم السعودي على اجتهادهم القضائي في منازعات التعويض، فقد حدد محاور هذا التأثير ومظاهره المختلفة ابتداءاً من الأساس الشرعي لمسؤولية الإدارة العامة عن أفعالها الضارة وحتى هدف التعويض وغايته.

This research is dealing with the effect of legal qualification of Saudi Ombudsman judges on their legal judgment in the compensation conflicts .
He had determined the components of these effects and their deferent aspects starting from its Sharia (religious) basis for the general administration responsibility for their misconduct to the issue of compensation and its target
