ان تحقيق السلام المجتمعي أولى مهام المشرع من ثم كانت مهمة التصدي للتحريض –بكل أنواعه- هو من صميم عمل المشرع لاسيما التحريض المدسوس في بعض الخطابات القائمة على دس السم في العسل و بطبيعة الحال يسعى الفاعل لاستخدام أكثر الوسائل تأثيرا في المتلقي و لا شك ان رأس تلك الوسائل هي الوسائل الإلكترونية إذ هي الأوسع تأثيرا في الرأي العام و الخاص و الأكثر انتشارا بسبب الكم الهائل من تنوع هذه الوسائل وهيمنتها على وقت المستخدمين بشكل شبه كامل من هنا كان منطلق بحثنا هذا وكيف عالج المشرع التحريض اذا ما تم بوسائل إلكترونية و أثره في الخطاب المعتدل و السلم المجتمعي و الذي سيتناول فيه الباحثين المعنى اللغوي و الاصطلاحي لموضوع البحث و الثاني سيكون في الوجود القانوني للتحريض الإلكتروني وذلك من خلال بيان فروض تحقيقه و العناصر الأساسية التي يتكون منها أما المبحث الثالث فسيكون في الموقف التشريعي من التحريض الإلكتروني وكيف كان تصدي المشرع لهذا النوع من النشاط الإجرامي.

English Abstract

The realization of community peace is the first task of the legislator.

Hence, the task of countering incitement - in all its forms - is at the core of the legislator's work, especially incitement in some of the speeches based on the poison of honey.

Naturally, the actor seeks to use the most effective means in the recipient.

These tools are the most widely used electronic means, as they are the most influential in public opinion, private and most widespread, because of the huge variety of these means and their dominance over the time of users almost completely, hence the starting point of this research and how the legislator addressed incitement if it was by electronic means, and its impact In a moderate speech, yes And the second will be in the legal existence of electronic incitement through a statement of the hypotheses of its achievement and the basic elements that constitute it.

The third topic will be in the legislative position of electronic incitement, and how was the legislator's response to this type of Criminal activity.
