The concept of knowledge is not modern term and not coincidentally comes, but it's accompanied the human since come into existence, but the new its effect size and use expansion is made it brilliant concept at the last period that's attracted attention of the most countries in the world.

these countries have realized importance of the knowledge in the economic and social development and its importance to supports industry and agriculture sectors through concerning with sector of information and communication technology ( ICT ), research and development, education, research centers, and patents ….

etc.

the knowledge had concerned with human and economic development together and growth indicators ( education; health; per capital income ) because the development of human in cultural, scientific, and health affairs help increasing the production, working, creativity which it helps to achieve economic development.

Therefore, the human development means that human is purpose of the development and its tool at the same time.
