Abstract EN

The goal of this research was to investigate the extent to which compatibility production-in-time (JIT) and the theory of constraint (TOC) s in creating real additions in managing and improving processes.

In order for the description to be related to analysis on both sides of theoretical and applied research, a questionnaire consisting of two sections prepared for this purpose was designed and distributed to a sample of 50 employees of the General Company for Textile and Leather Industries in Waist.

In order to achieve the objectives and test the hypotheses, the SPSS was used and descriptive statistics (mean and arithmetical, standard deviation, percentages, and impact tests F).

The research reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which is that the JIT and TOC concepts are consistent with the objective of eliminating inventory and working on the selection of the appropriate line of production by identifying and addressing restrictions that restrict the J-I-T system.

Which leads to the flow of production and achieve the greatest return of achievement.

The search revealed a set of recommendations, most notably: the use of the concept of TOC to solve the bottlenecks that occur in the working environment of the JIT system through the application of D-B-R of restricted resources and in the case of imbalance of production lines.
