It also shows us the Islamic Legislation's carefulness to the social and psychological aspects of the worshippers which discusses the issue of subsisting the baby at one of two parents who gives the other the right to see it so that both of them doesn't negatively effected.

The paper discusses the definition of incubation and its permission, also of the concerned person of it and it's time so that all can understand the observation's right.

Then this paper has dealt with the exact administrations of observation, the Jurist's contracts and the proof of it.

Then it discusses the quality of time, place and term with the ability of observation in exceptional conditions.

The paper shows us the Jordanian Personal Cases Law and it's position from th is subject, also the position of the Jordanian Juristic Appellate Court so that all the subject can be completed practically.
