The ancient nations were governed by legislations and laws that controlled and governed all of their days, and ran the affairs of their lives, and they varied between divine and humanitarian laws.

The messengers governed people with justness divine legislation; Whereas many emperors, kings, enacted the laws of their parish affairs; Justice included it at times, and injustice at other times.

The research has been marked by: "Legislation in the ancient ages through the Noble Qur'an ـLegislation of Retribution and Stealing as a models ـ".

I posed a problem that was as follows: What were the most important legislations related to retribution and theft in ancient times through the Noble Qur'an? I concluded many results as: Heavenly laws agree through the models mentioned in the Noble Qur'an, to preserve oneself and prevent killing, prevent theft (Stealing) and prevent assault on money, but people have distorted it and changed it.
