Abstract EN

The right to safety is considered one of the most supreme rights that must be reserved for each child.

Thus, the Islamic law and Positive legislation forbade any violation of the child’s dignity and body.

Indeed, they have treated the child humanistically by providing him with all of his rights, primarily, the right to life, which is one of the most fundamental human rights.

Furthermore, they have also accounted any infringement of it as a crime punishable by law.

With the evolution of humanity, forms of crime developed drastically against children’s bodies, health and morals even though the child has received full protection in both Islamic jurisprudence and Algerian legislation.

In fact, the legislature promulgated the Child Protection Act.

In addition to criminalizing all assaults against child safety resulting in severe penalties.

Consequently, this article specifies those crimes against child safety, as well as the perception of Islamic jurisprudence and Algerian legislations.
