We note in this humble display the intellectual efforts of principles Islamic Jurists, in themes of analogy, when they conditioned amount of conditions in analogical pillars, among them reason pillar, some of them conditioned the reason to be reverse, The majority went to not condition it.

Actually, their discord in it, was based on their differences in justifying one rule with many justifications, although the majotity did not conditioned the reverse, in it, but considered the reversion as strong probabes of legal analogies.
